Roadside Mobile Mechanic

Roadside Mobile Mechanic is superb! I contacted 3 other mobile mechanics. The 1st one never returned my calls. The 2nd one, after finally returning my multiple calls and texts never showed up for the apointment without an explanation. The 3rd one, after multiple calls and texts, finally showed up. He took care of the issues I had which I cluded an oil change. After he left, oil was leaking onto my garage floor. He forgot to tighten the drain plug. Then I called Belsin at Roadside Mobile Mechanic for a new issue. He answered my first call! We made an appointment. He communicated throughout the process - texting me when he was on his way and when he arrived. His communication skills were so much better than the other 3 companies. He was friendly and efficient while replacing belts and a tensioner pulley at a reasonable price. We were so impressed that we gave him a ping pong table (that we were planning to sell) as a tip. Belsin at Roadside Mobile Mechanic is the first person I will call for future repairs!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I was dealing with a vehicle issue from over 2,000 miles away while one of my Guro renters was stranded in Las Vegas on a Sunday after an overheating warning. They came out quickly, were professional, transparent, and incredibly honest throughout the entire process. The easiest thing in the world would have been to take advantage of the situation. I wasn’t there in person, the vehicle was out of state, and I had very limited ability to verify anything myself. Instead, they thoroughly inspected the vehicle, performed the appropriate tests, explained everything they were doing, and ultimately told me they could not find any mechanical failure. Their assessment was that the cooling system was likely low from a previous repair and the vehicle passed all of their tests with no evidence of leaks or other issues. What impressed me most was their honesty. They could have easily sold me repairs I couldn’t verify, but they didn’t. They gave me straightforward information, answered my questions, and treated me fairly. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mobile mechanic who is responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to help in a difficult si

Nelson did a fantastic job of identifying the problem, he identified that my car was not starting properly because the starter wasn’t working, and also identified a couple other issues within the car so I could be proactive versus reactive when it came to fixing my car. He is very honest and has integrity. He gets the job done swiftly in a timely manner. I highly recommend him.

Excellent service from Belsin and his coworker. Came out to where we were and identified the problems to address. Gave a fair price and was upfront and honest about everything being done. Made sure everything was running smoothly and told me of any other issues I could run into in the future and the approximate cost of those repairs. Sent an itemized invoice and took a total of about 3 hours to complete the service. Great job and great company to hire.

I am so thankful for Belsin and Mason. They did a phenomenal job replacing my catalytic converter and other old defective engine parts. Now my car feels brand new. I absolutely love how incredibly detailed they are in each step of the process from diagnostic scans to selection of quality parts, installation/ repair and clean-up. They are very experienced, honest, respectful, professional and happily answer questions. They explain things in a way that makes it easy to understand and I learned a lot from them. As a medical professional with a busy schedule, the convenience of having them meet me at home freed up more time for me to get other things done. I highly recommend their services.
